QV Social provides social media management, content creation, and lead generation services. The specific scope of work, deliverables, and timelines will be outlined in a separate agreement or proposal provided to you.
By opting in to our communications, you agree to receive emails, phone calls, and SMS messages related to our services, your account, and appointment reminders. Standard message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying "STOP".
Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, all content, strategies, and materials created by QV Social remain the intellectual property of QV Social until full payment is received, at which point the rights to the final deliverables are transferred to the client.
QV Social shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services.
